Key Responsibilities
- Solve complex technical issues across various AWS services.
- Engage with customers via multiple support channels (phone, email, chat).
- Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to diagnose and resolve problems.
- Collaborate with development teams on issue resolution and process improvements.
- Work with Linux, networking, cloud computing, and databases for customer support.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, IT, etc.) or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of Linux, networking, and databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL).
- Preferred Experience: Exposure to AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, DynamoDB), security best practices, and network protocols.
