Genpact is conducting an Off-Campus Drive for the position of Management Trainee – Data Analyst in Noida. This full-time role is open to freshers with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a STEM-related field.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and apply data analyses, predictive analytics, and prescriptive analytics.
- Work with data scientists and engineers to translate algorithms into real-world applications.
- Perform data quality assessments, data cleansing, and exploratory data analysis.
- Generate reports and documentation to communicate findings.
- Collaborate with teams and present insights effectively.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, C#, or R.
- Understanding of data analysis, feature extraction, and real-time analytics.
- Familiarity with descriptive and predictive analytics.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of industry trends in data science.

Salary Range:
The expected salary for this role is between ₹3–6 LPA.
