Role and Responsibilities:

• A fundamental comprehension of virtualization technologies, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and computer networks.
• It is advantageous to possess experience with cloud platforms, including Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
• At least some familiarity with automation or scripting tools, such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell
• Strong analytical skills and a fervor for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues are essential for effective problem-solving.
• Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, both in writing and verbally.

Education and Skills :

• New Hire
• Respond in accordance with established protocols to requests for technical support.
• Use the resources at your disposal to investigate the reported instances.
• Identify, prioritize, and fix issues with computer programs, apps, or fundamental network issues Make sure to correctly and thoroughly record all interactions, activities, and outcomes inside the incident management application.
